1. Shipping
Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States. For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. (At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military bases, PO Boxes, or freight forwarders.)
Note: Free shipping promotions are not applicable to clearance items or gift card purchases.
2. Returns
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Return Fee: A $6.95 return fee per order will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing and restocking costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and inventory reasons, all clearance items and jewelry (e.g., earrings) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
